Trade and corporate orders

We make everything ourselves, in small batches, in Kongens Lyngby. That shapes what a large order looks like: it is scheduled rather than shipped off a shelf, and it is agreed with a person rather than through a form. This page says what we can do and what we need from you to answer quickly.

If you are a shop

We supply retailers directly. The range is five fragrances in 30 ml and 50 ml, made and filled by us, so there is no distributor between your shelf and the bench they were blended on, and nothing you stock from us is sold in a supermarket down the road.

Terms depend on what you want and how often. Rather than publish a table that is wrong for half the shops who read it, tell us the shape of the order and you will get real numbers back, not a brochure.

If you are a company buying gifts

Fragrance is a risky present in bulk, because a scent that suits one person is wrong on the next. The sensible corporate order here is the Discovery Box at 295 DKK: five 1.5 ml samples, one of each fragrance, so the person receiving it chooses rather than smiles politely. Bottles work when you know the individual, which usually means a handful rather than a hundred.

Anything printed, boxed or written to order is worth asking about early. It is the lead time that moves, not the willingness.

What a large order actually costs in time

Small batch is not a line of marketing here, it is the production limit. A quantity beyond what is bottled and sitting in the lab is made for you, and that takes as long as it takes to macerate properly. We would rather tell you a date we can keep than take an order we have to apologise for. Ask early, particularly for December.

Invoicing

We are a registered Danish business, CVR DK32664482, and we invoice with VAT in the ordinary way. If your organisation has a particular requirement, an EAN number, a purchase order reference, a specific payment term, say so in your first email and we will tell you straight away whether we can meet it.

How to ask

Write to info@houseofziggimay.com with four things: what you want, how many, when you need it, and where it is going. That is enough for a proper answer rather than a request for more information.

You will be answered by the person who makes it. There is nobody else here.
