Exclusive

The Exclusive collection is where the slow materials go.
Oud, sandalwood, iris, aged patchouli. What these have in common is time rather than luxury. Oud only forms when an agarwood tree is wounded and the resin builds up over years, so there is no way to hurry it. Sandalwood is not worth distilling until the tree is decades old. Iris is a root that has to be lifted, dried and then left for three or four years before it smells of anything at all, which is why it is priced closer to a metal than a flower. Patchouli is one of the few oils that genuinely improves sitting in a drum, so the good stuff has been waiting.
None of that makes these better than the Classic range. It makes them expensive, and it makes them behave differently. They sit heavier at the base, they open more slowly, and they stay on skin longer.
Batches are smaller, and each one takes as long as it takes.
